- ispDesignEXPERT software to design in ABEL (the programming language used for programming the hardware device). The most often used components of this program were the Project Navigator, the Text Editor (for the .abl files) and the Constraint Editor.
**The Project Navigator is the primary interface for ispDesignEXPERT and provides an integrated environment for managing the project elements and processes, as well as accessing all ispDesignEXPERT tools.
**The Text Editor is the ispDesignEXPERT text entry tool. You use this tool to create and edit text-based files, such as ABEL-HDL files, test files, and project documentation files.
**You can use the Report Viewer to view, but not edit, the various report files generated by ispDesignEXPERT.

· Timing simulation files
· Compiler listing
· Compiled equations
