We are being subjected to 24/7 E-harassment .
Vigilante, Mob or Gang Stalking is a crime.This
anti-social and electro harassment can cause
psychological injury. Gang stalking , voice to

us from taking up paid employment or going
Into Self employment.
The use of mind control is such a grave
encroachment on civil liberties that, if
allowed to develop further, it will threaten
the freedom and integrity of all. Along
with environment problems, this is one of
the most urgent issues to address if we
are to ensure a more secure future.
Complaints to Police and they did refuse to
Help us against nuisance phone calls , hate
e-mails , sabotage of our IT equipments and
other properties.
Leytonstone Police : No actions taken
Tottenham Police : They did assault us
Pechkam Police : They detain us under Mental
Health Act ( Sectionned )
Hammersmith Police : No actions
Uxbridge Police : No actions

Dear Deniz,
Thank you for your email of April 28th about remote weapons
technology.
As you know, there is a European Parliament resolution on the
subject of 'non lethal weapons' used for' mind control' which,
although not an MEP at the time, I pushed for through the European
Green Party. Indeed, the Green Group of MEPs were instrumental in
bringing the resolution before the parliament.
I believe that electro-magnetic weaponry is one of the most serious
military developments in the world today - not least because
enormous secrecy surrounds their development. I am encouraged that
TI is working on this issue and providing support to the many
individuals that believe they are targets of remote weapons
technology.
My greatest fear is that we are entering an Orwellian '1984' type
scenario, which could potentially permanently transfer enormous
power to those in control of the technology. I am totally opposed to
the development and deployment of electro-magnetic weapons. I have
sought to renew the attempt to have a Convention to outlaw these
weapons and the research that leads to them, primarily that
concerning external manipulation of the human central nervous
system. At this stage, the European Parliament's resolution is the
most significant step that has been taken to this end, and there is
very little more that can be done at an EU level. If TI is taking
specific action at a European level and would like me to do
something specific, please do let me know. The Green Party in the UK
has not done very much work on this issue but members are free to
raise it at conference and call for it to be made a campaign
priority. This is the only way to direct the Party to do more as we
have a member led structure, rather than one in which I as a
Principal Speaker can determine the issues which we promote.
I do recognise the terrible suffering that you and others in your
situation experience. I will continue to raise objections to remote
weapons technology, as and when appropriate, in my work as an MEP.

Hello there
I am e-mailing you both on behalf of a society of Targetted
Individuals based in the UK (we are sure that there are still many
more TIs around the country who are unaware of what is going on, and
suffering in silence). The reason I have e-mailed you is because the
Green Party is the only party who has openly acknowledged the
existence of electro-magnetic weapons, and the only party who seems
to be taking any action condemning it. In a letter to Ruth
Barnett,
you acknowledged the existence of Resolution 27 passed by the
European Parliament (May 02 2004)which states:
27. Calls for an international convention introducing a global ban
on all developments and deployments of weapons which might enable
any form of manipulation of human beings
Amongst other things, in this letter you emphasised that 'Electro-
Magnetic weapons are one of the newest and most serious military
developments in the world today' and provided very informative
details about the subject.
Even before becoming a target of electronic harassment, I have been
a Green Party supporter from a young age for the simple fact that I
love the natural environment, value the importance of it for our
state of welbeing and am very concerned about how industrialisation
is destroying it. However, I am now very concerned about what
people don't know and the fact that even the Green Party were only
very recently aware of the development of electronic weapons in
1996, although research around this technology has been occuring for
decades.
I would like to encourage that the Green Party work actively with
the TI society, and with the people who acknowledge (and oppose) the
existence of this technology so that we are able to stop this from
happening to the TIs of the present, prevent there being any more
TIs in the future, and protecting the world from any manipulation by
these weapons as a whole.

strangers on the internet like they know you?
Ex. Anchoring - In Gang Stalking, Anchoring is used
to make the target have fear with things happening in
your daily life that considered to be
normal. That can be done with frequent demonstrations.
The key is the frequency just like other GangStalking methods.
For
example, People show you a pen every where you go, and
their attitude is rude or crazy against you. You don't
know them. You just wonder what's going on. Imagine
that happens everyday, for a week, for a month, fora
year, then, that makes you have fear with a pen. In
this case, a pen is ANCHORED with your state of fear.
It can be anything. A cell phone, notebook computer, a medical
mask, clothes of the same
The use of mind control techniques has in fact
fostered a new relationship between the state
and the citizenry, in which many human rights,
as prescribed under the United Nation’s Universal
Declaration of Human Rights, are violated.
In particular we turn to Article 3, which states
that all people are given the right to life,
liberty, and integrity. This is clearly violated
by such mind control experimentation, and the
very subjection of an individual’s brain to
medical research, behaviour modification
experiments, and mind control itself is in
contravention of Article 4, which decrees that
no one shall be held in slavery or servitude.
Explicitly violated is Article 5, which states
that "No one shall be subjected to torture or
to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or
punishment. Nor shall anyone without their
approval be utilised for medical or scientific
experiments". Finally, since such mind control
techniques transmit an individual’s privacy to
the state, Article 12, which defends the rights
of privacy against arbitrary intereference,
also ceases to be valid.
Under mind control, people are forced to become
guinea pigs for ruthless researchers' experiments,
and the life that once belonged to the individual
is now sequestred by medical neuroscience
(Security Services )and the state .
This technique can recreate people, change their
behaviour and values, as well as their characters,
opportunities and fates. It is the inner and most
important freedom which is threatened, that which
during the history of mankind has been obviously
and naturally valued highly than suffrage and the
temporary political system under which we live.
We are still urgently pressing the Home secretary
John Reid and the Premier Minister Tony Blair
for all possible assistance which they can give
to us (Judicial Review, Parliamentary Inquiry ,
Redress for capital punishment and sabotage ,
Protection of our Civil Rights with FULL ACESS to
The case as defined by Internaional Bill of Human
Rights ) .
