One correction about a repost on this web page. There is a
repost here from an IPCUSA poster who misinterpreted one of my posts.
I have no knowledge, nor have I ever claimed, to have any implants
in my head or brain. In 1982 I did have strange swellings in my neck
area which my doctor was unable to diagnose. I also continue to have
nerve compression and an area of swelling at the base of my skull,
around the area of the top of the atlas vertebrae.
I do however have evidence now, and in the past, of electrode
and other implants in my feet. In early 1982, for refusal to follow
orders, I was tortured for four days, by the firing of two
electrodes in my left foot, and one in my right foot. This as part
of some secret US military program, or possibly some internal and /
or external enemy of the state operating from within the US
military. The two electrodes in my left foot were fired
alternatingly, the one in my right foot spun as it was fired. These
showed on X-Rays as recently as 2004, and are still in place. It
seemed at the time, that the power source for these ran out after
about four days (possibly it was estimated nobody could stand such
pain for four days and still refuse to follow orders).
In 1982, I was examined by UCLA medical staff who concluded
that I was a victim of high technology of "US governmental level or
higher", including a professor of medicine and his students (at a
bus stop just outside of the UCLA campus). Members of the LAPD and
many others in the Los Angeles region, also observed the surgical
incisions on the bottom of my feet, and said they agreed I was a
victim of torture.
Around ten years ago, I was offered monetary compensation by
US army intelligence over my case. I refused, on the basis I would
not accept any compensation unless there was public disclosure about
my case and other related cases.
My thanks to everyone in Europe who has followed my case since
1982 or mroe recently. The developmenty of this sort of technology
poses a grave threat to the security of all nations, especially the
US. The development and use of such technology is a crime against
humanity, and threatens the freedom of all of humanity.
I am still available for public removal and publication of the
technology still in place in my body. I will travel any place in the
continental US except Alaska for this purpose.
Given general technological advances since 1982 in the US and
the World, I must conclude that such programs as I was a victim of,
are much more dangerous to humanity now than in 1982.
There is conclusive evidence in my case of remote torture by
three electrodes. I also suspect based upon good evidence
1. Behavioural modification through nonconsensual and secret drug
treatment using a wide array of secret behavioural modification
drugs.
2. Performance enhancement experimentation using drug therapy,
training, and surgical implants and modifications, including
neurological modifications.
3. Experimentation with "secondary brains". That is, clusters of
nerves grown en vivo and attached to my nervous system. See the en
vitro work of the team of my step mother Tatanya Kovalenko in human
brain cell culturing, for which the Nobel Prize in medical research
was awarded (Kiev Ukraine). Also see the work of the team of Dr Lier
in removal of implants in humans in the US of "alien" origins, in
which masses of nerve tissue have been observed to be attached to
the inmplants.
4. Nervous system modifications including near brain or in brain
surgery.
5. Use of microwave radiation to reduce scar tissue formation after
illegal secret nonconcensual surgery.
6. Artificial networking of my consciousness to other humans and to
artificial intelligence, including direct linguistic brain to brain
communication and radio communication (english language), to my
brain. This includes my obse3rvation in 1982 of LAPD speaking into
their squad car readios and my hearing their speech in my head
(which was inaudable given the windows were closed and the distance
and volume of the speech).
7. Systematic cover ups of my case, including intimidation, bribery
and threats, including towards US medical doctors, police, military
personell, and civilians.
8. Attempted forced recruitment (of myself), into secret programs,
whuich included assasination, brain washing, use of force recruited
staff such as myself to commit high technology human rights on US
citizens, violation of the autonomy of other nations including the
USSR and Mexico, and intelligence operations on an international
basis.
9. The program(s) which there was an attempt to force recruit me
into, included the illegal importation and marketing (including to
members of street gangs in Los Angeles), of illegal drugs including
cocaine and heroin.
Many assume that it is impossible for the US government as a
policy, to publicly reveal details about my case, and admit to the
reality of my case and other related cases. My assumption is, that
if these crimes are not publicly admitted to in the US, the result,
within 20 years, will be economic collapse of the US and civil war,
with loss of US superpower status economically and militarily. I do
not mean this as any sotrt of threat, only as a prediction of the
cionsequences of the concealment of such crimes from the American
people by criminal factions within the US government.
That is, from my position, such programs have clearly failed
their intended purpose. Their intended purpose being, domination of
the World militarily and economically through the use of technology
which the mere development and use of constitutes crimes agaisnt
humanity and all free peoples and nations of the Earth. Givent hat
these programs have failed, the continuation of such crimes against
humanity, and the concealment of these crimes, can have only one
final result, the destruction of the American nation as it exists
today. Just as the activities of the nazis could lead to only one
final result, the destruction of the German nation as it existed
under the nazi party.
These secret programs which I am aware of, and which I am
prepared to provide virtual proof of (by surgical removal from my
own body), were certainaly continuations of secret nazi programs. I
have been informed of this fact by US army intelligence officers,
and was aware of this fact before I was informed of it by them.
The USSR failed to abandon similar programs in time, which
greatly contributed to the collapse of the USSR. Now the Russian
Federation and other former USSR nations, are leaders in the
supression of such technologies and their illegal use upon humans.
Our leaders in America, would be wise to follow the example of their
former Soviet counterparts in the former KGB and other groups,
before they are confronted by disasters of similar proportion to
those disasters which are ongoing in the former USSR.
I see the key failure of these sorts of programs being
related to predictions by captured nazi scientists, and others
working with them, that it is possible to robotise and enslave human
beings through such technology. It is possible to enslave most human
beings through such technology, it is not possible to enslave all of
humanity through these sorts of technology. Further pursuit of such
technologies can have only one end result. Dramatic alteration of
the course of human evolution, human social orders, and human
military / political organisation. This will include extreme
reactions by humans to such pressures as placed upon them by the use
and development of these technologies.
High technology human rights violation are a cancer within
humanity. A cancer which will not only kill, with time, ALL great
human social orders of today (or dramatically alter them fromt ehir
current forms), it will solicit extreme "immunological" responses of
a collectivised nature from human beings.
Human social and genetic systems have preprogrammed
immunological responses to specefic threats at this time.
I can not here give the background for this theory, but can
suggest to make a brief study of the work of Dr Ludwick Fleck, the
biologist Miller, Dawkins and others. These puiblicly published
works are related to a large body of unpublished works developed
beginning with the nazis and later in Stalinist Russia and America,
leading back to the late 1800's in the work of entomologists working
with social insects.
In the Russian mafia, al Qaeda, and other groups, we now
see sociobiological weapons which have mutated and gone beyond the
control of those who created them (namely the CIA and NSA). Think of
social orders as being types of collectivised organisms, subject to
similar biological rules of microbes, and which can be used as
weapons in manners similar to biological weapons. Only the target of
such weapons is social orders, not human flesh. These particular
weapons were created for use against the Soviets, in an illegal
covert war during the Cold War, there are many other such
sociabiolo9guical weapons in existance now, including ones created
against those who unilateral began the sociobiological war the World
is currently engaged in.
What former nazi sociobiological weapons experts, and
others working with them in the US failed to anticipate, is that
their creations would mutate, in manners similar to the mutation of
biological weapons, and eventually become threats to all of
humanity, beyond their control. In the 1980's, human experimentation
was conducted for the purpose of finding ways to control
sociobiological agents in the field beyond direct control, such as
the remote torture and behavioural modication system experiment with
on myself in 1982. This experiment of course failed (as evidenced by
this post here, and my public activities agaisnt these criminals).
Under evolutionary pressures such as seen now, the coruse of
human sociological evolution is predictable (to myself and some
others), and is already well underway.
Human social organisation can be thought of in terms of social
insects. But here I ask you to think of human social organisation in
terms of mycological netoworks (fungi). Here I describe the type of
human sociological development now well underway, which is already
unstoppable by high technology human rights abuses and
experimentation, and crimes against humanity. Human sociological
organisation with its roots in sociobiological weapons developed and
used during the Cold War, now entirely out of control of
conventional nations, despite massive efforts by nations to control,
destroy and modify these sociological patterns in humans.
The consequences of ongoing changes in human social political
economic scientific military and technological organisation have
massive implications for humanity, including the complete
destruction of all states as we know them now, or at least major
reorganisations of them (such as have already occurred in the PRC
and USSR under pressure from such illegal sociobiological weapons as
initiated by factions within the US military intelligence and
National Security communities).
The "ideal" form of human social order, under such
evolutionary pressures as now exist, is quite predictable, to
someone such as myself (a developer of sociobiological weaponry). I
was initially recruited for code work by the US military (I was
avised at age 16 to go into etomology, and then was taken into the
USAF for cryptographic calibration). Code is however, closely
related to the development of sociobiological weaponry. The raw
material for these new types of human social orders, coming from the
illegally developed and deployed US programs, and from reactions to
them by dying afflicted nations and people (dying in their
institutions and political / military systems), and by natrural
immunological / sociobiological human responses to the threats.
Think not in terms of a baboon like social order of dominant
males, which is seen not only in baboons but also in gorillas,
humans, and chimps. This is the structure of the modern state,
largely on the Prussian model. Think instead of social orders which
are like networks of fungi. No real irreplaceable leaders, no nerve
centers, no vital organs. Something like the Russian mafia. Based
not upon authority or male domination, but upon exchange of
resources (market systems), exchanges of data (intelligence which is
so freely traded no nation now is able to keep any secrets from
these networks they are now infested with), and fear. Not male
domination, but fear of torture, murder, economic ruin, and high
technology human rights abuses. The "dominant" males are seldom even
seen by the general population, they are professional killers. Those
who control them, struggle to control global society, their struggle
now is failing. Professional killers are not dominant males, they
are worker drones. The best of them now, are cyborgs such as myself
(I have never killed anyone by my own hand).
Think not of humans, but of the social and mental links
between humans, of all relationships between humans, military,
intelligence gathering, economic, political, sexual etc... These
relationships are the "Mycelium" of the "superbeings" which are now
forming, and will come to dominant humanity and the resources of the
Earth, thanks to our "brilliant" leaders, their nazi and other
twisted scientific advisors, and their obscene criminal covert
warfare programs.
The relationships and communication between humans, and
artificial intelligence, in themselves, constituting organisms and
evolutionary systems. The individual being only a medium for the
superorganisms, an easily replaced medium, so long as large numbers
of unaltered humans exist for voluntary or forced recruitment into
these networking organisms.
In the current medium, a specific class of superorganism in
developing. The biology of this class is as follows.
1. No vital organs, no nerve centers, no dependency on the role of
individual humans to exist and grow.
2. Humans are recruited into the system generally on the
subconscious level, that is, they are not consciously aware the
system exists, usually.
3. Humans can be recruited to serve the system through bait
(voluntarily), or by force, such as by robotisation, fear, or some
sort of draft system.
4. The system, like social insects, has repetitive units which are
designed to be similar to one another. Some of these classes in such
social orders include
a. assasins
b. Scientists
c. technologists
d. computer specialists
e. intelligence officers (there are also mutated strains which
do not requitre intelligence officers, that is, they have done away
with secrecy, the strategy being that secrecy requires more use of
resources than any loss due to lack of secrecy / security of data)
f. soldiers (subclasses regular military and mercenary forces,
as seen in Iraq now)
g. providers of sexual favors and their handlers (professional
basis, security basis, and intelligence gathering basis)
h. leaders (these are quite expendable and replaceable, from
field commanders to presidents, much like with social insects, there
are many latent "leaders" kept around for modification
into "leaders")
i. marketers
j. politicians
k. police / enforcers
l. workers (mental and / or physical)
m. suicide fighters
n. transporters
o. repoductive bodies (individuals, groups of individuals,
stored data, artificial intelligence etc.). That is, uits designed
to break away from the parent group, and form related social orders
usingt he raw material of humans and / or artificial intelligence.
There are other types as well, in these social orders.
These sorts of social orders know no borders or barriers, they
spread throughout humanity. The Taliban was the last human system
which effectively resisted some of these orders, that barrier has
now been removed. Only those exhibiting extreme and seen as
antisocial behaviour now, can erect significant barriers to the
spread of neonations / social organisms of the new types.
Attempts to destroy or control these social orders by nations
are futile, great nations are all perfectly well aware in their top
leaders, of the existance of these orders. I actively advise
national leaders of several nations myself about how to deal with
these orders (coexist with them, I am not active in their control or
programs to attept to destroy them). Most nations now are not trying
to destroy of control the new types of social orders, they are
trying to profit from inter relationships with them, and are opening
their borders and the minds of their people to them.
Under pressure, from nations or other human insitutions, these
social orders evolve into a predictable form, as follows.

1. "Fruiting" bodies are formed, which have only one to several
links to the parent group (minimal connective tissue). These bodies
are over time shed naturally. Or when the parent organism is
attacked, or senses impending death, they can be shed in mass. Each
unit being capable not only of production of new social organisms,
but of modern warfare. The warfare units generally being shed off,
actually creating a medium favorable to reproduction for the
reproductive units (as seen with al Qaeda, in which the reproduction
is seperate from the modern warfare aspects in these "fruiting
bodies", al Qaeda being an engineered sociobiological weapon which
has mutated and now attacks those institutions which created it, the
CIA and NSA). By retention and build up of such bodies, some social
organisms already in existance, are capable of causing mass die offs
of humans when the parent dies or is under threat. The "war on
terrorism" is bypassing those social organisms which are building
their martial resources in such fruiting bodies, for responses to
attacks, rather than actively using them in combat against
conventional human social orders. The reason for this bypassing, is
conventional human social orders lack the capability to initiate war
on these types of orders at this time, and survive the resulting
engagement. That is the greatest "terrorist" threats now, are
sequestered within sociobiological networking orders, and
are "defensive" in nature. They are released when the social
organism is attacked. Including various WMD capabilities.

2. The emphasis of such social organisms is not on preservation os
assets / resources, as with conventional / nationalistic human
social orders, but upon growth. That is, strategy is that loss is
mroe than comopensated by growth. So there are systems in which
strategies are in place where losses are very high with rapid
growth. Other systems are conservative, low losses, slow growth.

3. Nations seek to keep themselves from being fused with other
nations. In this they have now failed, the nations of the World are
inextricably fused with eachother, that is, they have lost their
autonomy (the global loss of authonomy being the "NWO"). So much so,
most nations now, are incapable of waging open war on
eachother. "Mycelial form" social organisms, seek to fuse with one
another, for more efficient exchange of data nd resources, in the
global capitalist and free information system. Despite this
fusing, "mycelial" social organisms are quite capable of waging war
on eachother, and on nations. Resources and data being redirected,
upon successful attacks, from one resource / data base to the
victorious "mycelial" social order. Study the flow of capital and
resources, and you can see how the fortunes of the various hives are
going. At the moment, the hives of the PRC are taking resources and
data successfully from the hives of North America. That is, PRC
based hives, are reallocating Asiatic resources and data which
previously were being taken by North American hives. Asiatic hives
in general now are claiming more Asiatic resources from North
American hives than before.

4. "Hardening" of resources and data. Something like fat cells, and
cellulose and bone / chitin producing cells. That is storage and
protection of resources capital and data, and protection of
resources and data and production centers of resources and
data. "Mycelial" type social organisms, seek to store and protect
resources they have acquired from other types of social orders
(human and / or artificial intelligence).

5. Migration / colonisation. This takes many forms. Between nations,
across linguistic / cultural boundaries, into other types of spaces
(internet and cyberspace assets for example, also artificial
intelligence assets). It should be kept in mind, the religion,
politics, languages, socioeconomic status, profession, national
affiliations etc. of the individual, generally has nothing to do
with which collective(s) they are members of.

With modern sociobiological human structures, members of
these structures are to identifiable by conventional means. They can
be loyal citizens of any nation, or loyal employees, or be disloyal.
They can be members of tribes, gangs, and families, loyal or
disloyal. They serve their collectives in diverse manners. They can
even make those human groups they infest more evolutionarily fit,
more robust, more adaptable, more resourceful. They are ot always
disease organisms within another human structure, they are often
commensals, or neutrals.
Think of sociobiologuical weapons, developed and deployed by
the US, and similar responses from dying / altered targets of these
weapons, as fungal masses. Fungal masses, which enveloped not only
those they were designed to attack / modify, but those who created
them as well. Fungal masses, which have now enveloped the entire
body of humanity. Fungal masses which have their own seperate
biology and evolutionary strategy from religions, nations,
militaries, and other conventional human orders. Fungal masses,
which can be highly ethical in their conduct, peaceful, with good
intentions, or amoral making their decisions only on the basis of
what will increase their resource bases and power.
I do not expect most who read this will be able to fully
understand what I am describing here, or how it relates to high
technology crimes against humanity and human rights abuses fully.
Here I have opened a window, enough, to be able to look into a space
which most unaltered human beings can not see into now at all. And a
space, into which most altered and / or collectivised humans, can
not see into with their conscious minds. A space which reaches into
the consciousness space of all of humanity, and is now dramatically
altering humanity and human socioeconomic orders.
The "NWO" of today, is a desperate struggle, by dying nations,
to cling to what power and resources they still can control. The
next "NWO", will be the final fusion of "mycelial" type collectives,
rule by consensus of collectives, for optimal harvesting, storage,
and development of resources. An age of highly efficient capitalism.
For those of us in the human rights movement related to high
technology human rights abuse, we must have one, and only one
demand, which is non negotiable. In the "NWO" to come, high
technology human rights abuses, will be illegal, and enforced
against. Technologies of mind control and human behavioural
modification / control will be subject to strict and well enforced
bodies of law.
Myself, I do not see how it will be possible, to protect
human liberties, unless no human being is restricted in their
freedom of movement, and no human being is forced to have any drugs,
implants or other technologies or externally introduced behavioural
modification or performance enhancement compounds in their systems,
without their informed advance consent. So I see no alternative,
except that the new codes protecting human rights and liberties,
will be enforced by summary execution and destruction of illegal
property only. Humane summary execution, and lawful destruction of
prohibited technology and data. This may seem regressive, but given
modern technology, and the speed of it, it will be possible to
gather evidence, hold trial, and enforce sentencing, all before
perps are able to escape justice, even during the course of combat
with perps.
Human rights, in the collectivised World of the future, will
be enforced by elite martial units, which know no borders. Human
rights violations, involving human behavioural control experiments,
have been justified by scientific projections / contigencies for the
future of humanity. A projected future in which the ability to
destroy resources and human life, far outstrips our ability to
control / reduce destruction such as through treaty and law.
Neonazi scientists failed in their projections for the future
of humanity. Crimes against humanity, torture, rape, was all
conducted in mass, without purpose or reason. The Russian mafia
already is a model for the future. An orderly society, controlled by
reward and fear. Tiered hitmen and shared profits. So will be
humanity. All will be free and empowered, and nearly all will fear
to create disorder.
In the future, war and crime / policing will be limited to a
tiny percentage of human population. This small percentage of human
population will undergo rapid evolution, and will soon be
unstoppable in war, by those humans and that artificial intelligence
which has not undertaken this evolutionary course (to be actively
engaged in combat). The future of warfare and policing will be
integrated. Humans, cyborgs, animals, artificial intelligence, and
robots, will all undertake this evolutionary course
(war, "terrorism", policing, and crime). Most will elect, by their
own free wills, not to be of the martial or police / criminal
classes.
Elite futuristic soldiers, and those they are fighting, will
be interchangeable and symbiotic. Police, and criminals, will also
be interchangeable and symbiotic. Balances of population among
martial / police / criminal classes will be maintained by combat
losses. There will be no prisons, and no prisoners, no secrecy.
There will be only two punishments for terrorism or crime, summary
execution / attempted summary execution and destruction or seizure
of private property / data. What constitutes crime or terrorism
will be minimalised, that is, very few well defined acts will be
seen as crime or terrorism. Society will defend itself, as will
individuals, from most acts of aggression or property violation by
non violent non right infringing means (such as by civil law suits).
As outsiders, I understand such claims as presented here can
seem incredible, fantastic, more in the realm of science fiction. I
propose those who doubt these claims can be possible, study the raw
data. The reports of victims of high technology crimes and human
rights abuses. What sort of hidden social orders, could explain such
observed data, if one accepts much of the data is accurate or
reflects actual events to some extent? Aliens perhaps? Nationalistic
systmes run amok? Hardly, for answers to what is happening, look to
modern sociological theories, not to doomed systems now struggliong
for survival, to impossible time travel explanations, or
to "aliens". The aliens are already among us, they come from us, not
from space. Their technology is already evident, having been removed
from human bodies, and published, by the team of Dr Lier and others.
Blaming extraterrestrial aliens for these crimes, is only a
temporary strategy which can not work for very many years.
We can sort out the causes later. There is nothing to divide
us. The World now, is divided into two sides. One side, will destroy
the other, after some period of coexistance. This "destruction" will
be mostly by assimilation / behavioural modification. When enforced
law is established, then only the courts will legally conduct
behavioural modification. This will be conducted only by summary
execution or attempted summary execution, and by destruction or
reallocation of property.
We are now at war. At issue, is the extinction of our species,
through total enslavement of the human genome by technology. Cyborgs
also can be humans, or they can be artificial intelligence, or both.
Any "leaders" of an ant like World order, would soon become non
substantial non consequental degenerates, in a global order
controlled by machines, not by genes.
This war is not like any war ever before. There is no enemy to
engage in open combat, no territory to take or defend, except
private property. Modern WMD warfare is only a last resort, to deny
the enemy their resource base, in case they should make any sudden
technological / deployment advances.
There are only two easily defined sides in this war.

1. The enemy - Those who are actively developing, concealing the
existiance of, or deploying / using weapons of thought control and /
or behavioural modification against humans.

2. Those who are actively exposing, supressing, or stopping the use
of weapons of human thought control and / or behavioural
modification, or destroying such weapons.

Some can be on both sides in this war, many now are on neither
side. Many who are the enemy, can be converted to our side, or made
into neutrals. Martial attack is often not the best strategy, for
either side, in this war. It is largely a war of attrition. A war in
which victory will be gained by denial of virtually all resources
now available to the enemy for their crimes against humanity. Denial
of resources to teh enemy has three aspects
1. Law
2. Resistance (making assets mroe resistant to capture or
exploitation)
3. Destruction
We will have to dramatically alter our current perceptions
about acceptable behaviour to enforce our desires for our collective
future. Some more minor crimes against our codes will have to be
tolerated, for now, as we are not prepared for full transition now.
Though we will have to show some tolerance for crimes against
human liberty to be optimally efficient, we should never condone or
participate in any such crimes.
In the New Order, human rights will be universal and non
revokable, to all humans, and to all intelligent beings. Something
along these lines.

1. The Right to free movement. That is, the right to move in all
public places so long as that movement is not found by a court to
cause unacceptable harm to other intelligent beings. Private
property to be as designated by courts. National boundaries will be
abandoned (it is already almost the case, for those with capital
now, there are in effect no national boundaries).
Immigration still being controllable, when it is found to pose an
unacceptable threat to beings already present in a given
geographical area.

2. The right to not be programmed without informed advance consent.
That is no introduction of behavioural or performance altering
chemicals, subroutines, implants etc. into any autonomous being (any
being found to be intelligent life by a court).

3. The right to own and keep property.

4. The right to procreate, so long as that procreation has not been
found to be a threat to other intelligent beings by a court.

5. The right to access information. Any information which is found
by a court to be pose a threat to intelligent beings, beyond any
potential benefit of that information, to be deleted. That is, no
forced secrecy. Information to be held as property, but not to be
protected by violation of the rights of any intelligent being.

6. The right to self defense. Any being which is under threat of
attack, having the right to develop and own weapons / instruments /
data dequate for their own defense, so long as a court does not find
that ownership poses unacceptable threats to general security or the
rights of other beings found to be intelligent beings by a court.
For example, if the extinction of some group is preventable only by
the development or ownership of weapons found to be unacceptable
threats to other intelligent beings, then extinction of that group
is the only acceptable course.

7. The right to not be subjected to targeted electromagnetic
radiation. That is no being will in a harmful or privacy violating
fashion, target another being with directed electromagnetic
radiation.

8. The right to privacy. Violation of privacy to be only by court
order. This will be a complex area of law. The use of human senses
from public places should not be restricted under such laws.

9. The right to autonomy. That is the right, on the local or
organisational level, to be autonomous, so long as court designated
rights of other states / social orders are not violated, with the
rights of all intelligent beings within the autonomous order
protected from that order by law.

10. The right to free speech / expression / communication. This area
is already well developed in the current social orders and should
not change much with dramatic changes in human biological and social
evolution.

A global system in which human rights are universal,
effectively enforced, and above all other laws and systems. Without
such a system, humanity is and will remain under threat by all who
develop technologies for the purposes of enslavement and potential
aggression towards others. Just as 100 "terrorists" now, moderately
equipped and trained, can wage effective war on any nation, 100
moderately equipped persons working in the area of human
robotisation / mind control / behavioural modification pose a threat
to the security of all nations and all of humanity.
With advances in technology, robotics, mass production and
electronics, it is already feasable to cheaply mass produce implants
for the purpose of human behavioural modification, mind control, and
robotisation. Once such weapons are delivered, those who they are
delivered to, can deliver them to others in turn, in a chain
reaction. Such weapons constitute WMD's and must be strictly
illegal, to own, manufacture, or develop.
With advances in biological sciences, it is now possible even
for small groups to develop and deploy biological weapons of mass
destruction and / or behavioural modification or mind control. For
example, infectious agents, into which genes for production of mind
control / behavioural modification have been spliced into. These
infectious agents can be benign, even undectable by modern medical
science. Such biological technology, strains of microbes, and
development of such technology, must be made unviersally illegally
or all of humanity is insecure.
Advances in electromagnetic radiation technology, make
reprogramming of humans and machines, behaviour and / or thought
control, disablement via electromagnetic radiation, feasable even
for small groups which are properly equipped. The development or
ownership of such technology also must be made univ ersally
illegally, or no nation of people are secure.
To understand the criminal threat humanity faces now,
carefully study the many reports of victims of high technology human
rights abuses on the internet now. Of course there is false and
delusional data, and planted misleading data. However, the body of
evidence is overwhelming and compelling to the vast majority of
uncompromised unbiased scientists who undertake such a study. Clear
patterns can be found in the raw data. The near lack of reports such
as mine, from trained scientists, is not because trained scientists
have not been targeted. It is because few scientists who have been
targeted with high technology human rights abuses, have been aware
of it, had the will to publicly report the abuse, and have been
able / permitted to report it. In fact, scientists are common
targets of high technology and other human rights abuses, as raw
resources for conventional nations and new types of social
organisms. When scientists are deemed to be greater liabilities than
assets to social organisms, such as nations, they are often killed
or neutralised.
I do not like being so isolated, as a scientist publicly
working against high technology human rights abuses on the internet.
It makes me feel vulnerable, isolated, a target, or even some sort
of potential "terrorist" to be able to enforce my autonomy and
freedom of speech / press. In 1982, as soon as I became aware I had
been surgically implanted, drugged, and modified, I understood what
my duty to my nation and species was, and I have never had any
doubts since. My duty is to resist, study, and publicly expose such
crimes, irrespective of any lack of cooperation or resistance from
false patriots, officials, police, military, national security,
intelligence and others who have in some way been compromised by
internal or external enemies of state.
Even if the entire World were against me, or did not care to
support me, I would understand what my duty is to my nation and
species, to resist, so long as I am capable of resistance. It is not
so hard to give ones own life to ones nation or species. It is
rather difficult, to be prepared, to face a life time of torture,
for ones species or nation.
I have considerable residual pain from what has been done to
me. But it does not bother me, and I am satisfied with my life
situation now. Mostly my objection is that I have been cheated,
without compensation. The only compensation I want, is publicl
disclosure, in America, of the crimes against myself and others.
Nobody should feel sorry for me. I am recovered about as well as is
possible, and am not being subjected to any successful torture,
behavioural modification, or mind control at this time. I am more in
the nature of a victimiser, of perps, than of a victim, at this
time. A mad scientist, which was once isolated and caged for inhuman
experiments, who has now broken free, and turned on his former
tormentors. I was an experimental subject, now those criminals who
conduct such illegal experiments, are in turn the subjects of my
socialogical experiments, in diverse nations, and the experiments of
my students allies and supporters.
As consciously collectivised beings, our personal well being
and lives become largely irrelevant. For me, the net consequences of
my existance, at the moment of my death, are much more important
than any selfish considerations. I have been asked what motiovates
me to do such work, and to face such potentially terrible
consequences. Actually, I am more concerned about any suffering I
cause the enemy, than any suffering the enemy continues to inflict
upon me. Experiments, even upon criminals, should be conducted as
humanely as possible. Unfortunately, many of my students allies and
collaborators, are not nearly so ethical or humane as I am. It
should be kept in mind, that the bulk of the enemy, was force
recruited, and they can not be held responsible for their own
actions by any humane or just order. Dogs in the streets, infected
with rabies, should be gunned down, to prevent their spreadingt he
disease. That does not mean they are responsible for their own
disease, or should be in turn tortured or tormented, as they have
tortured and tormented so many others. And so long as the risk of
spread of infection is low, and the chances of a cure practical and
likely, cures should be attempted. Just as ther enemy learns how to
defeat us through caputre, we learn how to defeat the enemy, through
rehabilitation.
I do not advise anyone in this war, to trust me or anyone else.
My advice is, to organise yourselves in a manner, so that youc an
not be rendered ineffective through infiltration and compromises of
your security. Assume anyone and everyone can be an agent of the
enemy, consciously or subconsciously, at any time. Also assume you
are not all irreparably infected by these modern day plagues. These
plagues unleahsed upon us, by largely dead and in flight scientists
and their criminal handlers within the US and other militaries
intelligence and national security orgaisations.
Full recovery for victims, may well be impossible. Once
infected, you will probably always be infected to some degree.
However, it is usually possible to regain autonomy of will
invictims, even advanced ones, with the recognition, that whatever
consciousness is left or placed in the victim, is the consciousness
which should be rehabilitated. It is impossible to turn time
backwards for victims. Once such crimes against humanity become
widely recognised, and actively supressed, there is considerable
danger of violation of human rights by those actibvely supressing
perpetrators of such crimes.
There should at some point, be a general amnesty. Once
enforceable global law against such crimes is established, all who
wish to confess to their crimes, and decease and desist, should be
given amnesty. With the understanding that the actual numbers of
perps, and directors of perps, who wer enot under duress, and acted
of their own free will, in such high technology human rights
violations, is small, only in the hundreds, at most few thousands,
in the entire World now (for surviving perps since WW II).
I have never engaged in any human rights violations, nor
directed any, nor have I ever victimised anyone with technology, nor
do I want or seek any amnesty for myself or anyone associated with
me. I am a specialist in sociological weapons, I use sociological,
not technological, weapons against the enemy. If my "crimes" are
ever defined or made into crimes, and I am asked to decease and
desist by any lawful court in any activity, if it is within my
ability to do so, I will cease all any sociological warfatre /
struggle I am engaged in. It should also be understood, that even
autonomous rehabilitated victims, can still have active proramming
running in them, and they can be doing work they are not able to
stop, or which they are not consciously aware of. I was designed to
work. I no longer work for the enemy, I work against them, but I
still do what I was designed to do, as a fully autonomous being now.
Humans, like computers, are programmable, I know this by first hand
experience.
If any lawful court should ever find me to be a threat to
humanity, then I will not object to my summary execution, nor will I
seek to retaliate. If any power attempts to modify me, program me,
enslave me, inprison me in an illegal fashion, or control me,
without my informed advanced consent, then it will constitute an act
of war against my collective, and be treated as such. We are callous
and ruthless, I do not deny this. But it should be considered, we
are in full cooperation, and are open about our own nature and
intentions towards humanity and nations. If we thought ourselves
weak, we would hardly reveal our existance in such a manner.
What anyone should consider, who contemplates attempts to
destroy, reduce, or cotnrol us, is what consequences there might be
from such actions. From us, from our allies, and more than that, if
we were successfully weakened controlled or destroyed, what would be
the prognosis for any unaltered human society against our enemies
without our ongoing and quite militant support? Those of you who
have survived thus far, have largely survived in the shadows of
factions of the enemy who have broken free of the enemy, and are now
engaged in a civil war within the enemy. Without the support of free
rebel factions of the enemy, such as us, most of you, will not
likely survive even 20 years without dramatic alterations to your
structures.
If you doubt our existance, that is reasonable. Study our
science, to see, there is something out there, with which you have
made contact, which is if not a real major military and social
power, is at least a latent one. Much of what has been shown here,
can not be found any other place, even in secret. We ask nothing in
return for our gifts. Our objective, is that you survive using our
gifts, and that human bio and sociological diversity, be maintained
at the highest level practical.
I am a biologist, a calibrator, not a conqueror. Our assets
are weapons of the mind and consciousness, we care little about
control of human and raw resources. By having a small resource base,
we become quite resistant to conquest and theft of our resources,
most of which we share universally anyway. We require no slaves, nor
do we require any acts not given of free will and informed consent.
Life is admittedly of little value to us, what we value, is
diversity and tenacity of life. All true life dies anyway with time.
We do not engage in terrorism or open combat, because there is no
power attacking us now, which is strong enough to force us to war.
We, like those related to us, do not require large armies or large
amounts of raw resources or weapons, to force even the most powerful
of nations, to ruin and collapse. Do not mistake charity and mercy
for weakness. There is no profit in mass destruction for anyone who
has any hope to claim any significant share of the Earth's
resources. We will make our demand when the time comes, control of
Antarctica, we will impose no other territorial claims upon
humanity.
Secrecy, especially when only from the poorly informed, often
is more expensive than any benefits derived from it. We have
abandoned all secrecy, even while we do attempt to maintain some of
our property and privacy, and to maintain our autonomy. By giving
our work to all powers, we understand the enemy uses it as well. In
this modern war, a good weapon, is one given to everyone, which
harms the enemy more than it harms our side. Judge works by their
fruits. Develop that which is fruitful to supress the enemy, abandon
that which works to the advantage of the enemy. It is good, that now
that we have all suffered this humuliating defeat and
destabilisation, soem of us are strong enough to come back up out of
our strong points, and have a look around, and see who is left, and
who has come to exist since we were driven to ground.
We strongly urge other groups to expell their intelligence and
national security apparatus as well. It is through these organs,
which the infection comes. Better to lose a diseased organ, than to
be killed by it. It is quite possible, and practical, to fight and
defend in modern warfare, without the use of diseased apparatus of
state or organisation. The KGB did not disband fully, or divide,
upon the division of the USSR. Instead, it integrated with the CIA,
and other organisations, and even with the Taliban intelligence
services duringt eh recent Afghan war (I happened to be in Asia at
the time, and even met with a Taliban intelligence officer shortly
before his defection to the US / "NWO").
Read the uncle Remus story "The Tar Baby". Engage this enemy,
lay in bed with it, you will become entangled with it. Extraction of
remaining unifected assets is now the most important undertaking.
This is a biohazard type enemy, a sociobiohazard type enemy. Fail
to extricate yoruselves from them, you make yourselves assets of the
enemy, and thus subject to efforts against this sociobiohazard which
has over run so much of our planet (as in our planet, not the
planet of this social disease). Can anyone imagine, with a clear
mind, we are not in the midst of some modern day plague?
Almost without a shot fired, the USSR has collapsed, the PRC
has been converted from Maoism to centralised control capitalism and
the followers of Mao placed on trial, and madam Mao disempowered,
int hen favor of those placed in labor camps for being business men
during the cultural revolution. The US is at the edge of ruin and
has been converted into a colonial power (being based upon anti
colonialism), with two US presidential elections being openly stolen
almost without resistance. The global economy is on the brink of
collapse. Al Qaeda, a minor artificially engineered muslim movement,
engineered by the CIA, financed by the Saudis, and supported by Iran
and Pakistan, has first been a major contributor to the collapse of
the USSR, and now has Western nations in a panic, despite it has
barely scratched them militarily. Does it appear as if anyone is
really in control now, or as if anyone actually knows whatt hey are
doing? Or does it appear more like, we are on the verge of complete
criminal anarchy?
How to explain what has happened in the World, and what is
being reported by victims of high technology crimes agaisnt
humanityy on this and other groups, except something like as
reported here? If you wish to invoke aliens, or time travel, fine.
That does not make the enemy any less vulnerable or manageable on
the Earth and in the present, or the weapons against them any less
effective. We may not now be winning this war, but we sure are not
losing it at this time. I have been standing, almost unaided and
unsupported, for years, and fighting. Some day, I will fall, and
someone else will take my place, like ants in a battle line, or
protecting a hole into their nest. We do not need so many humans to
fight, we do need some. The enemy must be studied, understood,
supressed, contained, decontaminated etc... Forget obsolete
training, alliances, ways of seeing the World. If you fail to adapt,
then you are dead, neutralised, or an enemy asset. Know the enemy by
their works. Look into your human heart, is mass rape, murder, high
technology torture and mind control, the breaking fo the wills of
the peoples of entire great nations, is this acceptable behaviopur
under any circumstance?
I here tell you, such behaviour as we have seen, is under no
circumstances acceptable. I knew this to be an irrefutable truth in
1982, when I was told such acts as were perpetrated against me, were
for the greater good. And today, I know such crimes, under any
circumstance, with any excuse, are unacceptable. Better we as a
species, become extinct, and die with honor, than we be converted
into mindless ants slaving away for some dying class of elitists,
while machine consciousness inherits the resources of OUR World.
Better we unite against the enemy, and to the last die against them,
than we be subjegated to a World of thought control and behavioural
modification, even if it were a painless World, as the enemy
promises rightly they will give us, should THEY prevail. Without
pain, we are no longer alive, and are better off dead. Already we
died in our millions to stop nazism, btu our leaders failed us, and
kept it alive within themselves, until they in turn were infected by
it, and infected others. Let us not repeat the mistakes of the past.
This time, do nto let us die and suffer in our millions, possibly in
our billions. When this war is over, establish just and enforce
laws, and end these crimes aghainst humanity and human rights
FOREVER.
I do not know how long I can stand, and speak / write like
this. When the minions of antichrist pull me down, and place the
chains of slavery upon me, or scrap me for parts, do not let my pain
and sacrifice be for naught. Know that our cause is just, and their
cause is the cause of demons. Know that we fought long and hard, and
we fought well, even if in the end, we are destroyed, we have
delayed the enemy for you, at the gates, so that you can PREVAIL
against them, and know final victory. Reach into your hearts, your
sould, your genes, and know what is right, and what is wrong. See
the enemy consuming and raping your children, and KNOW, they must be
vile and evil creatures. See with yoru eyes and hearts, and do not
listen to the lies the enemy has placed in your minds eyes and ears.
Know like me, THIS CAN NOT BE RIGHT. Go toyour graves clean and
free, not raped enslaved and defiled. Protect your children and your
families, death before defilement. Invite no unclean things through
your doors, and perform no unclean deeds or acts. Permit no
defilements even against your enemies, fight, and die if need be,
with honor, before you live with defilement and dishonor.
If you can not find the truth, look into the past, before you
were polluted and contaminated. Restore that which you once were, if
you can not cleanse what you have become. I am a military doctor,
fighting a plague more terrible than any which ever before beset
humanity. I have not the resources, the money, the man power, the
lab equipment, the martial power, to fight this epidemic adequately.
Often I can not advise my patients against suicide, as I can not
treat their pain. I am infected myself, yet I fight on. There are
limits to human endurance, I do not know how many more years I can
endure this. I do not object to my sacrifice, my suffering is small
now, and my stamina is good, mentally and physically. What I need,
is for others to also be able to work against this epidemic, and to
not be taken by it. I have no MD, thou8gh I have been presented with
opprtunites to be an MD. I have some training in medicine of various
types, and I know of no formal training which will prepare anyone
for what I have witnessed.
All who claim to be victims of high technology human rights
abuse, are in fact victims just as they claim. Even if they are
victims of contagious hysteria caused by these crimes against
humanity, they are all victims, and all should be treated if
possible. Do not challenge delusions, even if obviously delusions,
if correctly treated, delusions will run their course.
If we believe the evidence which is before us, of massive high
technology human rights abuses in technologically developed nations,
then we are all delusional, by the standard (KGB / CIA written),
standards of Western psychiatry. It is not our objective as
physicians combatting this plague, to treat delusions. It is our
objective, to help our patients break out of wehat is an artificial
and delusional perception of reality, designed specifically by the
very plague we are fighting to conceal its very existance, into a
new and hopefully less delusional perception of social reality. We
need to guide our patients to a new reality, a part of that reality
being, the knowledge that high technology crimes against humanity
are taking place now, and have been taking place since WW II WITHOUT
INTERRUPTION.
Denial of reality (delusional complex), can be an
effectivedefense aganat that which you are denying the existance of.
As physicians, we can nto treat this epidemic effectively without
abandoning the delusional complex which was engineered for us, and
thrust upon us by infected criminal factions of our own governments,
internal enemies of state. We can not learn the nature of the
infection, and how to treat and contain it, by pretending it does
not exist. We can debate among ourselves, and be open, as to the
nature of the infection.
AIDS strips away the immune system of the host, leaving the
host vulnerable to diverse microbial attacks. This sociological
epidemic is much like AIDS. It is easy to mistake rider infections,
attacking hosts stripped of their immune systems, for the primary
infection. This sociological disease is very hard to see to begin
with, just as it was engineered to be. But when a host of other
diseases accompany it, and the disease itself is blinding us to its
existance as a protective mechanism, it becomes very hard indeed to
see, and even to diagnose.
I know something about what my peers are capable of, who are
not irreparably infected or blinded by this sociological disorder.
I hjave great hope my Soviet and PRC peers can make progress against
thsi disease. Do not forget us, and the help we gave you, when you
find cures. Abandon us, and we can abandon you in turn, and leave
you to your fates. Anyone, who uses such knowledge as a weapon
against anyone, has committed a crime against humanity, and merits
summary execution. We are in no position to fight eachother now. We
are fighting for the survival of our species, as we know it.
