Through reading a book about traditional Viennese music by Karl Hodina, a known musician, we discovered our love for the traditional Viennese song. Soon thereafter we started to look for Viennese dances, marches, and other traditional tunes of the 19^th century.

We feel that this kind of music resembles the character of the Viennese and the city of Vienna. Of course we must not disregard the melodies of the 1930es, the peak of the Viennese song. The essence of our music is still valid today. This is why we try to avoid the motto "in the good old days..."

We are walking on a tightrope between cultural heritage and commerce. But we are aware of the fact that the one cannot exist without the other.
